When you specialize in helping clients learn how to file for divorce, you tend to hear a lot of what goes on in the world of troubled marriages. Particularly odd are some of the grounds for divorce stories that you see turn up in the news.
One recent case pointed out by the Huffington Post involved a man in Rhode Island suing a Catholic church for its “incessant” bell ringing, which he believes brought about the end of his marriage.
Strange as that may sound, it doesn’t compare to these other cases that happened in the bedroom. Unfortunately, they’re all too true.
Married Man Not Getting It Done In The Bedroom, Forced To Compensate Wife
In France, a 51-year-old man was forced to pay his 47-year-old wife $14,000 for not being attentive to her needs in the bedroom. While he relied on “tiredness and health problems” for his defense, the judge was having none of it, according to The Telegraph.
“A sexual relationship between husband and wife is the expression of affection they have for each other, and in this case it was absent,” the judge declared. “By getting married, couples agree to sharing their life and this clearly implies they will have sex with each other.”
Sexual Enhancement Surgery Sabotages Marriage
In another bedroom-born breakup, Russian man Grigory Toporov, 47, was wearing a surgically implanted prosthetic that, unfortunately, snapped off while getting intimate with his wife, pushing her to file the divorce papers.
“I told her I would get a new one but she wasn’t having any of it. She said she was fed up with my failures in bed and wants a divorce,” Toporov said.
Man Divorces Wife For Affair She Had Six Decades Ago
After 77 years of marriage, one Italian man referred to in court documents as “Antonio C” decided to file on his wife “Rosa C” after discovering letters detailing an affair she had in the 1940s.
While it’s rare to see online divorce cases involving people close to one century in age, this one could have easily gone that route. Rosa tried convincing her husband to stay, but ultimately did not contest the divorce.
The action makes them the oldest divorcees in the world with five children, 12 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
What goes on behind closed doors can often make or break a marriage. Being attentive to your partner’s needs and respecting the bond you have in and out of the bedroom can make all the difference no matter where you’re at in your marriage.
These insights really make sense. This article help readers to know more on divorce and real life situations that lead to divorce. I guess this is never the best option but this could help couple get out from the dark side of marriage. But I believe that talking it out and listening well to your partner could be a set of first options before jumping into divorce.
